Photo Restoration

Careful digital restoration for damaged or aging family photos, handled with cultural respect and archival-minded technique. I repair tears, fading, stains, and missing detail, and can prepare files for reprint or display.

Kind note: My interests in photo restoration are rooted in archival and museum‑style assistance — preserving history, culture, and the stories within old images. I focus on careful, respectful restoration of historical or culturally significant photos, rather than general or wedding photo repair. I especially enjoy imaginative work that brings new life to well‑preserved or reasonably intact vintage imagery.

Feature video: Poundmaker restoration overview. Personal note: Poundmaker (Pitikwahanapiwiyin) was my great‑great‑great uncle.
Example: Chief Ahtahkakoop restoration — not as well known as Poundmaker but he played an important role in Canadian history. Personal note: Chief Ahtahkakoop was also my great‑great‑great uncle, on the other side of the family.
